These terms cover two groups of people: visitors who browse the public archive, and Royal Linkers who hold member accounts.
For public visitors
Parts of this site are publicly accessible without an account: the gaming archive (sessions, leaderboards), player profiles where members have chosen to make them public, the FAQ, and the suggestion form. By visiting these pages you agree to the following.
Acceptable use
The public archive is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit the records, player profiles, or any other content without permission. You may not attempt to access areas of the site that require an account.
Suggestions
The suggestion form is available for fans to recommend games. Submissions are reviewed by admins and may be accepted, declined, or ignored. Submitting a suggestion does not create any expectation of response or action.
For Royal Linkers (member accounts)
Access to the full application is by invitation only. An admin must send you a personal invite link. By creating an account and using the app you agree to these additional terms.
Invite links
Invite links are personal and single-use. Do not share them publicly or forward them to people outside the Royal Linkers. Sharing an invite link may result in your account being suspended.
Acceptable use
Use the app to track gaming sessions, coordinate linkups, manage your player profile, and sync your Steam library. Do not attempt to access other members’ accounts, tamper with session records, or reverse-engineer the application. Do not use it for any purpose outside its intended function as the Royal Linkers’ private tracker.
Your content and data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile information and game data you submit. Admins may edit or remove content that is inaccurate or inappropriate. Session records are part of a shared history; exercise good faith when submitting them.
Account suspension and removal
Admins may suspend or permanently remove accounts at any time, including for breach of these terms. You may request your own account deletion by contacting an admin through the app. See the Privacy Policy for details on data deletion.
Availability
The app is provided as-is for the Royal Linkers’ private use. We make no guarantees about uptime, data preservation, or continued availability, though we take reasonable steps to maintain all three. We are not liable for any loss arising from unavailability or data loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last revised.
